Permanent Bracelet Terms and Conditions

1. Appointment & Deposit

• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your bracelet at the time of service.

• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
   

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without losing your deposit.

• If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

• One reschedule is allowed per deposit.
   

3. Late Arrival

• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.

• We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals within the scheduled time, but we cannot guarantee full service.
   

4. Bracelet Policy

• Permanent bracelets are custom-fit and welded shut on your wrist.

• They are intended to be long-lasting, but not indestructible.

• We are not responsible for loss, damage, or stretching after the appointment.
   

5. Repairs & Adjustments

• If your bracelet breaks at the weld within 7 days of application, we will re-weld it free of charge.

• After 7 days, a small fee may apply for repairs or adjustments.

• Lost or heavily damaged chains will require full replacement at the current retail price.
   

6. Age & Consent

• Minimum age is 14

• Under 17 must be accompanied by an adult or accompanied by a parent, or a legal guardian.

• By booking an appointment, you agree that you are medically fit and not allergic to any metals used.
   

7. Liability Waiver

• By proceeding with the permanent jewelry application, you acknowledge the risks involved and release Glisten Grandeur from any liability related to skin reactions, injury, or loss.
