Our FOUNDER

Her experience as a hairdresser, manicurist, and patient relations during those years made her consider that this is not the career she intends on pursuing in the future. In order to make this happen, she decided to build her own brand with her husband Khai in her spare moments of being a homemaker.

Our passion for jewellery gave rise to Glisten Grandeur, a company designed to deliver quality, affordability, and elegance.

  • What is Diamond Simulant?

  • What is Moissanite Diamond?
Moissanite is a near-colorless stone made of silicon carbide. While moissanite is made to look like diamonds, it differs from diamonds both in composition and appearance. It is manufactured in New York and comes with GRA certification and a serial number.
  • Will Moissanite pass a diamond tester?
Moissanite and diamond are the only two gemstones that can be detected by a diamond tester.
  • What is Cubic Zirconia?
Cubic zirconia is virtually colourless, hard, flawless, and complex. Although Cubic Zircornia is not a diamond, it is man-made to mimic a diamond. This is why it is less expensive than a diamond. It is impossible to distinguish Cubic Zirconia from Diamond, unless you use a loupe.

  • What is the difference between GG ranges of Diamond Simulants/Moissanite rings and Cubic Zirconia rings?
Our Diamond Simulants and Moissanite collection is handcrafted ring which means every piece is a workmanship done by hand which takes less energy than a mass production. This ring combines 92.5% pure silver with 3 layers of 18k white gold, making it a more suitable for everyday ring. However for our Cubic Zirconia range it is made by mass production or using machinery, Its ring band is made of 92.5% Pure Silver and 7.5% their metals such as Copper or Zinc. The biggest differentiating factors between Cubic Zirconia and Diamond Simulants/ Moissanite are their unique color, clarity, durability, and weight!
