Every Monday, 3 pm in our store, delivery will take 2-3 working days to deliver your item.

Tracking Number
As we currently use private couriers, there is no tracking number. However, if you would like us to check on your order status, please drop us a direct message on Instagram or email.
International Shipping
SGD 15 flat rate
Your order will be delivered within 7-30 working days with a tracking number.
We ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via Janio carrier and then turned over to your country's postal system. Shipping time is an estimate, package may arrive sooner or later than expected. There may be delays and/or fees due to your country's customs policies that we cannot anticipate. We are not responsible for any custom fees due at the time of delivery. Tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

1. Returns and Replacements (Parcel Orders)
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged during transit. If you receive an item that meets these criteria, please contact us immediately at contact@glistengradeur.com or DM us on Instagram @glistengrandeur to arrange for a replacement.

2. Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty is valid for the entire lifespan of your product, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship, as well as normal wear and tear.

However, if a repair is required repeatedly due to improper use or lack of care, additional charges may apply. To help maintain your product in the best possible condition, we strongly recommend following the provided care instructions.

3. Exchanges
Exchanges must be made within 1 week (7 days) of the purchase date. Please note that the item being exchanged must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

4. Repair Policy

Repairs are free of charge within the first 3 months after the purchase date.

After the initial 3 months, only the shipping fee will be applicable for repairs.
